We’re at the halfway point of Camp NaNoWriMo, and I am on target to reach my goal of 40,000 words in April. I’m posting weekly progress updates on my blog. You can read the first two posts here and here.
A three-day trip to Colorado to visit a friend has also proven to be a good source for writing inspiration. During our day-trip to Breckenridge, I found myself completely solidifying the characters, plot and storyline for a novelette that will be released in a holiday anthology later this year. You can read about that here.
This is an exciting time for me as my writing career finds its sea legs. With my first new releases due out in 2013 and a couple more on deck for 2014, I’m feeling the excitement — and a healthy dose of worry — as it all takes shape.
Look for more updates to come your way soon, and be sure to check my blog for book reviews, writing tales and more in between.
